Bestpropertiesandalucia.com is a company with experienced staff and a wealth of knowledge of Spain, its customs, cultural and wonderful people. You will find a small team with a native Spaniard and an Englishman who are married and work as a couple to keep costs at a minimum.

You will find others with many staff and a mountain of costs of which the Client pays for. We have independent staff to call upon, such as Lawyers and Builders, but we don’t keep a closed shop with everything under one roof (as a lot seem to do in larger real estate firms).

Cristina a native to Andalucia with her family living in a little white village less than an hour from Malaga. She knows all the customs that come with Andalucia and understands the Spanish way of buying and selling.

Jason is an Englishman who has been living in Spain for 5 years and has enjoyed every minute of it (well almost) and does not plan to return.

They both have good experience of work with Real Estate companies in the past doing a number of jobs and have a wide knowledge of Andalucia.
